As the author of the transformative 100+ Reasons Black Women Need Black Women series, Angel is a master mompreneur who translates the complexities of the human experience into actionable wisdom. A proud Chicago native who has established deep roots in Georgia, Angel The Queen approaches every endeavor with a singular, unwavering mission: to cultivate environments where Black women and girls can thrive, lead, and flourish. Her role as a rising community leader, Royal radio personality and a natural hair specialist, indicates that her writing is not just meant to be read; it is designed to serve as a blueprint for the resilience, unity, and collective growth necessary to sustain the next generation. She believes that the most powerful thing a woman can do is hold space for another.

Join us for a Black Girl Magical Afternoon of sisterhood, connection, laughter, and intentional conversation at the Book Signing & Girl Talk Session with Angel the Queen, celebrating her book, 100+ Reasons Why Black Women Need Black Women.
This special gathering brings women and girls of color together for an honest and uplifting conversation about the beauty—and sometimes the complexity, of sisterhood. Through her book, Angel the Queen invites us to explore why Black women need one another for friendship, healing, mentorship, accountability, encouragement, wisdom, support, and collective growth.
The afternoon will feature an engaging Girl Talk panel discussion with Black women from different backgrounds, professions, experiences, and generations. Moderated by Marcie Wilson, the conversation will explore themes from the book including healthy friendships, generational wisdom, navigating hurt, creating boundaries, supporting other women, mentoring the next generation, and what it truly means to show up for one another.
